Was it a new IT diet? The new gym trend? NO! Its been commitment to dialed in nutrition and 30 minute workouts every day. On tough days, her rock is our challenge groups accountability and Support.
But ultimately its her ACTION! She made a decision. She plugs in. And she gets results. And she has a personal story (see previous feature) that could serve as the biggest pile of excuses. She’s got them. But her desire to change was way bigger than all her burdens.
